Power Shower vs mixing valve and pump

    Hi,

I'm planning on renovating a bathroom in an apartment and am wondering about what the rough cost for each of the two options would be. A basic 1.5 bar pump is available at around €150 and a basic mixing valve at around €300, a power shower basic model is about €180, so for the parts it looks like about €450 vs €180 - but wondering what the install will add to these.

It's an apartment with no previous dedicated shower system (just a mixer running off the two bath taps). There's attic access and the bathroom is close to the mains board and right beside the hot tank. I know that I can spend upwards from these amounts, but I'm guessing the install costs will be broadly similar regardless of what hardware I get.

Get a mira coda pro mixer for 180 and spend more on the pump. The one for 150 is probably plastic body. Better to get brass body pump and there 2-3 bar too.

the mira coda is a super shower
