    Hi mates,

Is there any helpful advise in order to prepare fast and easily for Law and ehtics exam on ATI-year 1, I have gone through enough for accounting and tax but havent done much with law and ethics yet. It is with 17 chapters in it and all theory based and some of them with cases and reference quotes. I find it too difficult to read. Any help with important or selectives to prepare fast and pass exam (50% pass min)?

Your advices will be a great help to me.

    Regards.

    K

Question 1 compulsory is based solely on chapter 16&17

Take all last years papers and learn them by heart. You can rephrase some answers to Qs into your own words making them shorter and easier to remember. Learn all the cases mentioned in the exam papers. Know chapter s 16&17 inside out. That's what I've done and passed it with no problems.
Btw I really enjoyed reading L&E textbook. The language it's written in is elegant, coherent and easy flowing. Business management is the terrible one, textbook is dull and dry, absolute rubbish.

thanks so much. learning the past exam papers would be sufficient to pass the exam for law and ethics would it?

learning from past 4/5 years exam papers for it would be sufficient?

yeah that's what I've done anyways and look at the sample papers Qs too. You'll notice that questions cover whole textbook but they concentrate on what you really have to know. I've never studied a paragraph from the textbook apart those two last chapters and even with those it's better to start from past Qs. Basically I only read the textbook because I liked it :)
I prepared for Business Management exam the same way too. My scores were 75% & 72% respectively - way more than enough to pass. Finished well in top100 in the country, yipee! I'm in 2nd year now and I'm not liking it at all...
