My folks purchased a 2 year old Toyota Auris from a dealer about 7 months ago and their is no sound when the radio is on from the right speaker on the drivers side but the left is working ok. What could be the cause of this and is it costly to get fixed?

Is the sound balance set right?

Not sure. How can you check?

Press right knob on radio until "Bal" comes up then twist until it's 0.
