    Here is a great blog/article written by a clubmate of mine in Melbourne. Inspirational story which shows just how far one can go through dedication, hard work, sacrifice and a good coaching and training team behind you. He ran his first marathon as a fun runner about 10 years ago in about 3:21. His second marathon last November he ran 2:26, finishing top 10 in the Melbourne Marathon and recently went 2:28 in Lake Biwa in Japan, which is a crazy race where you have to hit some mental times early on to avoid being booted off the course. Very much worth a read.
