    Buying from irish-lifting.com. Anyone ever bought from there before? How long does delivery take?

    I assume the power rack and bench will have to be assembled, is this difficult?

    Well incase you haven't noticed, the bar and weights don't exist according to the page:P

    I doubt they'll be too hard to make if you're anyway handy at all.

    if your budget allow's it I would buy more weight at least another 2 45's.
    A bulk purchase now might work outta better as opposed to shelling out at a later date for more weight

    I thought 160kg would be enough for a long time, but you will deif be looking more for deadlifts alone.
