    The cap comes off the top part
    (with the white underneath) and the white part should twist and lock into the grey part. Then place cap back. If it not broken by someone else forcing it.

    Tried it, but white part is still not locking into place. There's nothing visually wrong with it, it's just not twisting to lock. Guess I'll just have to bring it back to Woodies and get a new one.
