I am thinking about purchasing the Specialized Toupe Pro saddle.

I currently have the following seat-post: Merek Full 3K Carbon Seatpost
    MerekFull3kCarbonSeatpost272316x350mm3.jpg?t=1288861583

The saddle comes with the following warning on the website: "Oversized 7x9mm carbon rails are not compatible with seatposts equipped with side-load clamp mechanisms for 7mm round rails"

Will the Specialized Toupe Saddle be compatible with my current seat-post?

You will have to go down a level. Toupe rbx, it has titanium rails. Not many seatposts are carbon rail compatable.

No. You'll either need to change yourself post or pick a saddle with regular rails.

I'll go with a new seatpost - can anyone recommend one that is compatible with this saddle?

Ritchey superlogic or other Richey models.

I'm also not convinced that your current seatpost won't work fine - google it and see what you find.

Yeah..I can't find anything for that specific seatpost working with the saddle but I have come across some with similar looking clamps that appear to work.

I might just buy the saddle and chance it, if I need to replace the seatpost after that I will.

The seatpost you have clamps from the top and bottom with no pressure from the side (side load clamp mechanism) so I would use it.

Correct. I use that saddle with a two-bolt clamp similar to OP's and it's fine.
