Who will rise from the ashes of Phantom ?

There's been a lot of love for the people associated with Phantom over the last few weeks. And rightly so as they are all a very talented bunch. From the outside looking in it appears a poor playlist policy, lack of promotinal investment and perhaps just too small a market contributed to its downfall. But as I said all of the presenters were excellent. I presume some of the other stations must be targeting certain individuals ? Richie & Richie have probably got the most coverage and you'd imagine are the most coveted. Others I've seen mentioned include Derek Byrne, Ray McGowan, Jack Hiland and Cathal Funge. Saying that I think all the DJ's were top class. However there isn't much opportunity out there in radio land. Just thought I'd pose the question - who is the most likely to make the leap somewhere else ?
