We have an ensuite that is over 20 years old, no updates since then. We want to revamp. On the wish list are: wet room, double sink, all tiled. Not a small ensuite but not huge. Pre boom size. Any estimation of cost. Clueless as years since we did anything like this. Thanks:)

I think you need to be more specific on the details what kind of finish are you looking for, Is the ensuite upstairs or downstairs, what is the sq foootage, are you going to retain the current fixtures,do you require a change of plumbing pipework, wht kind of tiles are you looking at, etc etc etc you could spend from as little as a grand up to who knows

Thanks.not retaining anything, it is all in awful nic. But I don't have an open budget either. Room is about 3m by just over a metre. Would consider a mix of tile and paint. Shower area, that I'd love as a wet room is about .5m squared. Hope that helps with my request. Thanks.

OK do you know what you are going for will you need an electric shower, pump shower, is your cylinder big enough to supply your needs.Without seeing your vision for what you want I will hazard a guess that you should budget for around 3K to 4K for a good quality refurb

Hiya. That is one area we are ok with. There is a separate pump for this shower, so tha is ok. That is the only thing to stay! Would that include a wet room set up? Thanks
