Finding it hard to get back out there

Hey all I am finding it hard to get back into the big bad world and start doing things again for myself, whether it is making new friends or doing keep fit classes.... My kids are 7 and 3 and they mean the world to me, they are my world, but sometimes I just need people like myself to speak to x
