BCW trying to recover money I owe Paypal? Help please

    Basically I got completely scammed selling something to someone via Paypal, they used the chargeback method or whatever its called but I managed to withdraw the money to my bank account before it worked so my paypal balance became negative.

    I googled it and a lot of people said to ignore it since its such a small sum I owe them but Ive been getting letters and texts from BCW saying theyre getting the money on paypals behalf and they can take legal action but Im a poor college student who doesnt have €80 to pay paypal back atm.

    Any idea if BCW will actually take legal action over €80 or what the ramifications are if I dont pay them?

    Have you asked if you can pay it off over a period?

    Can you prove to paypal that you where scammed?

    Moved to Online Buying & Auctions as there is a lot more experience there dealing with PayPal.
