Where to buy a bargain two seater sofa in Cork?

Hi,
I'm looking for an suggestions on where to get the best value new two seater sofa in Cork, preferably around Cork city? Anywhere having a sale that I might have missed? Budget is around €400 max.

Argos has the Dolly range, regular sofa €310, large sofa €370, in a variety of colours

DFS of course usually have a sale on, but the only 2 seater under €400 I could see was from the Linwood range

But it seems delivery is €59, http://www.dfs.ie/content/inspiration-and-help/delivery bringing you just over the €400 mark, but perhaps there's wiggle room on this as there is a store in Mahon in Cork.

Do you need a new one or would a 2nd hand one do? There was a quite nice looking 2nd hand one in the window of the St Vincent DePaul shop in Douglas yesterday for 50 euros. I believe they deliver too, within reason. Stuff moves out of there very quickly though. There's also a charity furniture shop on the corner of Cornmarket St and the Coal Quay. They might have something if you're happy with 2nd hand. Their stuff is usually very clean and in saleable condition.
