Hope thats the right way of describing it. One facebook page that I go on a lot (not my own) suddenly looks different - the type is different, the layout is scruffy. Other sites look ok, can anyone suggest what might be happening?

It's still on www.facebook.com domain yeah?
    Possibly a CSS issue.
Clear browser cache and see if that hepls, maybe another browser.

Thanks biko, I tried clearing the cache, no difference, and I tried Firefox (I'm on Chrome) but still no better. Very odd, my own personal fb page is still fine (though nothing has been posted on it in a while), but any others that I go to (including one that is closed and I am the only person with access) are messed up.

    Try running CCleaner or BleachBit?

Does the page go white, with fonts gone back to Times New Roman and pictures not in the correct places?

Most of the images are kind of in the right place, the typeface has gone to a rather ratty looking sanserif. I seem to recall the three icons that showed if you had new messages etc were on the top left of the page, now they are on the extreme right, maybe fb have been re-organising the pages? It all looks very messy. I am occasionally getting scruffy text on Broadsheet also.

I suspect it is something to do with my computer though, its well past its sell-by date and while the strange things are a bit subtle, I think I should really replace it before it does a dramatic death on me :-)

Facebook just changed the look and feel of the newsfeed.

Pages are next to get an overhaul.

As with everything on FB not everybody gets it at the same time so this may explain the inconsistency.

For me the the notifications icons have been on the top right for some time (a year or so). In the last week the newsfeed layout has changed.

The font design looks very bland, like a website from the 1990s using default Windows 95 fonts! At first it made me think I was missing some fonts but even when I tried Lucida Grande, it changed on timelines but not on the news feed.

I admin on 5/6 different pages, they are all different layout  2 of them are a few years old, still the same. 2 set up last year have been changed and 1 set up this year is the new version.
