Does Subaru offer Free lifetime warranty for seat belt in Ireland?

    The rear right hand side seat belt of my Subaru impreza 2003 is not working properly, it won't retract.
    I google about the seat belt replacement and found that Subaru offer free lifetime seat belt warranty....but i am not sure is the warranty valid in Ireland...
    Any advise would be would be greatly appreciated!

    Ring them and see. If not, then drive to Subaru in the North if you're not that far away.

    Hi Tea1000, thanks for your advise, I have just called them, they said there is only 2 year warranty...and they said the seat belt has to be order from Japan. The total cost for the seat belt + Fitting + VAT would be 330 euros :(
    I am living in Cork, so driving to north is not a good idea for me...

    I'm sure you'd pick one up handy enough in your nearest breakers. Removing the old one and fitting a replacement is a 10 minute job.
