    2.00(AADU.2)D0 is the latest released firmware. might have to contact tech support if you need a newer version.

    this is incorrect

    2.00(AADU.4)D0 is the latest version and is auto pushed when the modem first connects

    if your modem does not have this version call bbtech to get it updated
