Can anyone think of good locations for rooms?

Workman's are booked and the twisted pepper hasn't got back to me yet.

I don't really want somewhere quiet like the teachers club or a hotel.
Anywhere central enough would be great, though. Even if I could get a reserved area in a club or bar.

    Any ideas?

    It's only small, 30-40 people.

Have you looked at the Mercantile on Dame Street, or D2 Harcourt St?

I've emailed both of those places and haven't heard anything back yet.
Do you know how late the mercantile stays open on saturdays?

Save yourself the pain of waiting for replies and give places a call. You'll get much further much quicker by picking up the phone.

Mercantile is a late bar so I think they serve until 2.30, probably stay open until after 3.
