    I'm hopefully picking up a 2009 Audi A6 this week and i am just wondering do the revenue look at the extras on a car that old?

    Also i realise i have 7 days to book a vrt appointment just wondering how long does it usually take?

    Don't take my word for granted, but I think extras are not counted on cars over 4 years old.

    You book it through website the easiest.
    You need to have your inspection within 30 days from bringing vehicle to the state. Usually dates available to book are within one to two weeks.

    also print off your booking reference and put into car, should you get stopped by an gardai:D or reference on your phone . It allows you to drive without any worry.
