Hi all, I'm considering buying a tomahawk online and wondering will it come under the offensive weapons act?

Its the tactical type, does that make any difference?

Also will customs charge extra when it gets here?

No problems at all, don't know if I was just lucky or if they're not an "offensive weapon"

It only becomes an offensive weapon if you go and comitt,or intend to comitt a crime with same item.Until then it is an inanimate object or a tool.
