    Hello,

I'm a civil design engineer with nearly 10years experience and hold a Masters degree. I'm trying to find out where i stand in terms of grades in public sector jobs (GradeI, Grade II or Grade III).
I found some info about salary for different grades but couldn't find the exact job description for each grades.
Can anyone give me some more info on this, please?

i doubt there is an exact job description as the roles are so varied. You may get a competence framework document
