Buying a desktop PC!

    Looking to get a desktop PC but I would have no clue of how to assemble one myself :rolleyes: Here is an idea of what I'm looking for:

    1. What is your budget?

    [€700]


    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?

    [Mainly standard use (internet, email, music) but would need it to be able to play games such as The Sims 3 and hopefully the Sims 4 when it comes out as well as other older games like Master of Olympus and the likes so I'd like a decent graphics card. I'd like a large hard drive, at least 750GB but preferably 1TB or larger.]


    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?

    [Yes]


    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?

    [No]


    5a. Do you need a monitor?

    [Not too fussed have a TV I could use but would be interested to see prices with a monitor (around 20")]


    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?

    [1920x1080 and am interested in upgrading]


    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?

    [I need everything but a mouse! :eek:]


    7. Are you willing to try overclocking?

    [Honestly don't know what that is so I'm going with no? ]


    8. How can you pay?

    [Visa Debit Card/Paypal]

    9. When are you purchasing?
    [Probably not for a few weeks]


    10. If you need help building it, where are you based?

    [I am looking to buy a built one]
