    I fancied going to the Mondello races soon to snap a few mates.

    Where could I get a 200 or 300mm telephoto lens for my d3100?

    How much would it be for a day?

    I would think you'll probably need to do the hirin' in Dublin town... .try http://www.connscameras.ie/ for one - there are probably others.

    Having shot at Mondello over many years I'd suggest you go for at least the 300. I use Canon and my 100/400 "Dustpump", is ideal.
