I got my hands on a few bags on gravel for the side of the house.

What I want to know should I give the stones a wash to clean all the stuff like sand etc before I lay it down. I took me over and hour just to clean one bag of them.

I don't have the time to wash them all day

Why would you want to wash gravel?
The rain will do that for you
