Criminal Background checks

    Hi all,

I'm currently applying for summer TEFL jobs in the UK and unsurprisingly they all want DBS checks done on applicants.

My concern is that over the past five years I have lived in the UK, Korea and currently Ireland. Is it a case I will need to produce background checks from all three countries?

Is there anyone on here who has encountered a similar situation as myself (applying for UK jobs and having a 'colourful' address history)?

Any ideas would be very helpful?

    Thank you

    Hi,

I had. I lived in Switzerland. I had to apply in Switzerland to get a form stating that I didn't commit any criminal offences while there and then send that along with the form. I'd to do the same thing when I applied to get Garda clearance here
