Cable for "Aux in" on Golf mk6

Folks,

Can anyone help i want to get my ipod working with my VW Golf but the mk6 version i have only has the "aux in" connection in the arm rest (my old golf had the actual ipod connecter that the ipod clicked into)

My first question is where can i get a cable, nice and cheap, to work with my 4th gen ipod touch and secondly will i be able to control the ipod via the steering wheel controls?

A simple 3.5mm lead will work. Ebay for a couple of quid.



And you wouldn't be able to control the ipod with the steering wheel controls.

a;lternativelly , you can look at cheap speaker in the 2E shop and you mihgt get one free with the speakers, but here very hit and miss. Halfords will sell the same thing in nice packaging for around 20E !!

Cheers lads for some reason i thought it was going to be more complicated than that. I was hoping to control from the steering wheel is that a big job to implement?

Ok suddenly not so bothered about being able to control it via the steering wheel haha.
