    The title says it all - anyone know - I cannot find info on website or in my confirmation email.

    If you don't use the outbound leg, the return leg will be cancelled. Might be best cancelling that booking and trying to book a single back.

    While this is the case for most full service airlines I'm pretty sure this isn't the case with Aer Lingus because they price their flights on a per-leg basis. Ask the question on their Facebuke, they're pretty quick on responding.
