    A friend of mine is thinking of renting this apartment.

    Renting there the past 2-3 months. Appartments are nice and it looks like they even get UPC now as well. That wasn't the case when I moved in. You can get Magnet/Eircom fiber as well. That appartment looks like it's out towards the front which is good. I'm at the back and the racket from the Spar wheeling out cages of boxes at ungodly hours of the morning is something else. You get used to it but in time I might try moving to another appartment in the same building as its generally a good spot all round.
