You should contact the main modelling agencies, most are in Dublin. The ones I know of are First Option, Assets, Andrea Roche. I'm sure I'm missing out on some. Generally you just need to send in two photos, one portrait and one full length body, styled naturally, ie very little make up, wearing just a string top and jeans/shorts, something simple. The sites of the agencies will list their specifications for the picture as well as height/age restrictions.

You do not need a portfolio to apply. You do not need professional shots to apply. You do not need to pay for an application or a modelling course to apply. Don't get caught out. If the agency are interested they'll get back to you.
