Planning compliance - house buy

So in the process of buying a house that was built 15 years ago.

There are some internal differences with the build as it is now versus what is in the plans that were approved at time of build.

Mostly fairly minor. The utility room is a bit bigger and a room beside it was reduced in size accordingly. Also hot press in different location upstairs. External footprint is unchanged.

What is impact of this. If I apply for planning in future for something surely planners will not ask me to correct these discrepancies.

I would suggest they will not ask you to correct discrepancies.
