    hi folks,
i'm planning an extension and wanted any advice on how big i should build? basically i want to fit a kitchen with island, a dining table and a lounge area with L shaped couch or 3 seater 2 seater combo facing a tv.. i'm hoping that a 19.5 sq meter extension will do it which will mean the open space will be 44 sq meters with the space being pretty much square with 2 double french doors out to garden. ALL FREE INTERIOR DESIGN ADVICE, DRAWINGS AND PHOTOS WELCOME! :D

    thanks

You'll get some decking if you don't do the job right
