Find the mistake topic difficult enough in comparison to the relatively straightforward topics I have done so far in the subject. With regards to common mistake: The scope when a contract is void for common mistake is very limited, in res extincta and res sua cases, which never occur. Is there a third area where it may be void? Will it ever be void because of the quality of the subject matter etc..? I have read the Bell v Lever Bros but I am none the wiser.
