11-03-2014 6:46pm#1I got a pressie of a tesco phone and a monthly bill at xmas.. Ive had lots of trouble with no server, dropping connection etc, unreliable to say the least, so i cancelled the contract today. Im not eligible for the Unlock ..
What can i do ?

get the imei code from either the box, under the battery or in where the sim card goes, depending on the phone.
go to ebay.
type in unlock code for the make of your phone
buy it,
it will ask for a imei code
this is what you send them
usually takes anything from 2 mins to 8 days depending on the phone
just put a non tesco sim card back in the phone and unlock the phone that way.
you can get free sim cards from every network supplier online
