Essay Title

I'm beginning work on a medical law essay. I've to choose my own subject area and essay title. But I'm hopeless at it. I always work better to a set question. I'm going to do something on the end of life, be it 'right to die', euthanasia or assisted suicide. Can anyone suggest an interesting essay question that I could get my teeth into? Thanks.

Would the right to life not be more of a Constitutional/Human Rights Law sphere?

I actually meant to say 'right to die', although your point is still valid. The recent Fleming case is part of my medical law module, even though it was argued on constitutional and human rights grounds. So 'medical law' doesn't necessarily refer to a distinct body of law. It's more about how medical issues play out within our legal system, be it criminal or civil.

Thinking outside the box. I like it. ;)

    Ah I see. I didn't realise that.
