Alarm help

    My apartment alarm is going off for nearly 2 hours now,control panel is completely dead and alarm company can't come till tomorrow morning after 11 ,
    Anyone got any ideas how to silence or at least turn it off ,



    Panel has a keypad and
    part,
    Full
    Set
    Clear
    To the right of the keypad

    Further right
    Infrared
    Contact
    Sensor
    Bypass

    No markings or indentifing markings ,
    Can't upload pics ,

    Zero power in the panel

    Any help appreciated

    Make sure the power is completely off to the panel, ie trip mcb in board or pop the fuse in the spur beside it. Open the panel and remove the leads going to the battery.
    That should do it.

    Its an Astec system you have. The battery leads are not easily accessible , there is a battery link to the top right of the PCB remove that & remove the mais fuse from the panel also.
