    Hi,

    We have a PACKARD BELL tablet Android(on3.2.1) but have trouble connecting to the wifi eventhough every other device (iphones, work laptops) in the house is fine...

    The tablet will connect to the wifi and internet but when it comes to streaming anything it stalls constantly again other devces in the house are fine

    I want to whipe the tablet and start again / upgrade O/S...

    How do i go about it?
