Doing an essay for commercial law and found an article by Fidelma White, 2012 19(2) CPL 23 but I cannot get into it, does anyone know where I can access this. My essay title is ''Law facilitates commercial activity by providing structures within which it can take place. At one level this can be seen in the attitude of the lawmakers, who conspicuously shape laws with commercial considerations in mind... At a second level, law functions to facilitate commercial activity through particular doctrines.''

I'm going down the sale of goods act etc nemo dat, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

I would really appreciate any help...!

    Article should be on westlaw.ie.

Edit: agency is a good example of the law working to facilitate commerce.
