    Hey,

    I've been invited to do 2 assessments before I proceed to next round in a Graduate Training programme. I feel I am absolutely useless at them..

    Does anyone know any good website with tips and free tests to do for practise??

    The two tests will be:
    . Shapes (Measurement of competencies)
    . Verbal Reasoning (scales verbal)

    Tips/Advice most welcome - Its a job I would absolutely love and do not want to be out of the running on the first hurdle. Thanks guys

    Some tips...

    Find out if there's negative marking...if there's not leave a minute or two at the end to tick an answer for every question that you haven't gotten to finish.

    For many questions, there will be obvious wrong answers, just eliminate those straight away. Seems fairly obvious, but the amount of people that don't do this is surprising.

    Get a good night's sleep. Relax. Get to test centre on time.
