Hi I called this number to cancel my subscription and they asked why?
I told them because I couldn't get there broadband in my area and then then offered me
option 1 - 20 euro off my bill for next 4 months
option 2 - reduce my monthly bill from 38.50 to 19.95 for 1 year.
have decided to go with a freeview sat anyway and see how that works out for the next year.
