upc account query-getting out of paying

    last month upc overcharged me, then I cancelled , but they still sent me a bill for another month anyone know how i can get out of paying the final biil, ive sent the box back, why should i pay for something im not using;)

    Did you give them notice of 30 days before cancelling?
