thor: the dark world, quick question

    Hi, i've seen thor and the avengers but the wife has not seen the avengers, is there anything in there she needs to see before watching thor 2?

    You've seen the avengers...you know what loki has to do with the film and from what i cn remember thor 2 deals with the repercussions of the attack on the world..and so on..so id say she should watch the avengers first.

    Yea, you see I ask because I'm unsure of the thor storyline for number 2, I don't like to read or watch trailers for movies I'm interested in watching. Thanks for clearing it up, appreciate it.

    Plus the Avengers is a better film. You should start her off with Ironman, then Captain America, then Thor, then Avengers. If she isn't into these types of movies.....starting off with Thor 2 isn't going to change her mind.

    It's too wrapped up in whats gone on before. She's just going to be confused. "Who is that Loki guy. If he's his brother, why is he locked up? Oh they don't trust him....what did he do? Why does that handsome man with the hammer care about Natalie Portman at all? Why does Stringer Bell have funny looking eyes? :p
