Hello, quick question, making penetrations though a blockwork wall with an internal scratch coat airtight. What are the best ways of sealing the penetrations?

Yeah thanks slip, burying cables in a pink plaster, which I take is a skim coating mixture. Yeah I wonder is there a product for this specialised like for airtightness. And I was thinking more along the lines of direct penetrations through a wall like a HRV duct/ESB Duct etc...

There are a lot of specialised products for fabric penetrations.

Google air-tightness tapes and the main suppliers have a number of products for sealing around pipes, ducting and wiring.
