So I was chatting to my friends and naturally the subject of music came up. We're quite young (17 doing the leaving) and we were having a right aul conversation, agreement on most things (music nowadays is ****, especially the stuff in the charts, excluding some notable exceptions)

However after this the conversation got fairly heated, on the subject of favourite band my responce is always coldplay whereas they assert oasis were the "best band ever"- Coldplay are light years ahead in my view.

What do you guys think? I also like the killers aswell. Again they thought this was hilarious.

When I was 17, coldplay were one of the bands we used as an example of why "music nowadays is ****, especially the stuff in the charts, excluding some notable exceptions".

    Funny how things change.

Sorry bud but I'd be inclined to agree with your friends. Oasis would be way ahead of Coldplay IMO. What's the story Morning glory is one of the best albums of the 90's
