Hey I have a NCT booked tomorrow and unfortunately for me the college put a test on the same day.
I'm just wondering is someone who is insured to drive my car able to bring it to the test centre for me?

They must have ID, in fact anyone bringing a car to the test centre must have ID.

I was just booking there and noticed this on website
I assume presenter can be anyone thou once they have a licence

Presenter ID now a requirement for the NCT.

From 1st May 2012, failure to produce the required identification (driving licence/passport) will result in your vehicle not being issued an NCT certificate at the time of testing.
