The Elder Scrolls & SteamCloud

I recently bought the Elder Scrolls Anthology, comes with every Elder Scrolls title including Arena and Daggerfall. Installed Morrowind via Steam on my girlfriend's laptop, playing away.

Then I was wondering, can Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim data be saved onto the Steam Cloud? I'll be going back home tomorrow and I don't fancy the idea of starting over again. I won't progress any further until I find out :P

    Thanks :)

I don't know the answer to that, but given that you are talking Elder Scrolls games, I feel obligated to bring up a few things. Morrowind overhaul is something you pretty much have to get. Here: www.ornitocopter.net/morrowind-overhaul/

You should also check out the different games on the sidebar here, Morroblivion and Skywind primarily. Morroblivion has a lot more done and is looking good. www.tesrenewal.com

Saves are in a folder called "saves" in the main game folder. Just copy them over.

Thanks for the replies lads appreciated. I had a look last night when I got home, I managed to load up Morrowind from where I left off from being in the girlfriend's house. They do indeed save to the cloud. I'm happy enough :)

Skyrim certainly can use Steam cloud for saves. The only issue is that the save files can get very big, so if you have a slow upload speed it can take an age for the save to upload. Be sure not to turn off Steam when the upload is in process as it could cause some issues!

I think Skyrim saves to steam cloud by default. I had a catastrophic hard drive failure. I hadn't set up to have any of my files save to steam cloud myself, but the saves were there when I had everything up and running again.
