Team 10K or Half Marathon events

    Hi,

    A group of us were looking for events we could enter as a team. I noticed that the Great Ireland Run have a "Business Challenge" for teams but we don't work together.

    Do you know of many Leinster races that do a team category that might suit?

    I think what he means is that majority of road races have team events open to clubs

    So which races are they. They are the ones I am looking for. My group has over 500 members and while not an AAI club we may be able to enter.

    Pick a race. Bohermeen Half last weekend had team prizes, St Patricks 5k next weekend has team prizes, Limerick marathon has a relay race...

    What is your group?

    The Patrick's 5k only has corporate team prices. I run with the dublin runners which is an Internet based group at www.meetup.com/dublinrunning

    Ideally looking for 10k or half marathon in Leinster area. Couple of the guys are doing marathons over the next 5 weeks but hope to do shorter distances for the summer.

    No, there is a men's team prize, 4 to score, women's team prize, 4 to score, and a corporate team prize, 3 to score (must be mixed gender)
    The corporate team prize is unusual, most races will have just the men's and women's team prizes (if they have team prizes)
