Hey Guys

So currently our account is in my fathers and my sisters name but my sister has left the county and we are looking to either add my name or replace my sisters name with mine.
I know normally its a proceedure where we call 1901 with both myself and my father on the call but the problem is that my father doesn't live in the house anymore, he lives in a different part of the country so I was wondering if there is a way to make the change by my father sending in a letter to eircom, if this is possible, what would need to be in the letter and what would the address be to send it to?
