Hello everyone. I am setting up a server at home. I have efibre. In the modem's settings under home network you can set up a static dns if I am correct. I am wondering how do I set up a static IP address at home for my server? Do I have to pay anything?

DynDNS is your friend.

If dynDNS doesn't suit you, I believe it's a €50 once-off payment for the provision of a single static IP with Eircom.
