The most recent registration for second year students was on the 12th and 13th of September, with lectures starting on the 16th. I could hazard a guess at it being somewhere around the weekdays of 8th-12th September this year for registration, with a start date the Monday after that. Nobody will know until much later in the year and the college release that info.
