Most motor factors, or even most main dealers would have a number plate making software with a parts dept open, some open 1/2 days on Saturdays.

The likes of halfords will fit them for you too, but halfords look for ownership docs and ID.

Any motor factors. Renauto on Dorset st take about 20 minutes, I presume it's pretty much the same anywhere that has the hardware.
