I don't know exactly what the law is about cycling on the footpath so I don't know if criminal is the exact correct word.

You shouldn't do it and you defo shouldn't do it at speed in an urban environment which is what this guy is referring too.

Haven't a clue what's going with 98Fm but that guys only speaking about cyclists on the footpath and doesn't mention anything about cycling investment, it's a very misleading headline for what he actually says.

People who Sinn Fein are willing to label criminal:

    - people who ride bicycles on footpaths

People who Sinn Fein are NOT willing to label criminal:

    - bombers
    - kidnappers
    - murderers

    Makes sense.

Do these speeches not get vetted before the congress starts? What a stupid statement.

This is good. Sometimes the other parties are so incompetent that people half consider voting for sinn fein. They need to come out with with stuff like this to remind us how batshít crazy they actually are

Funny, there are a few cyclists within the Sinn Fein ranks. That guy must have missed the memo.

Yeah in fairness you should cycle on cycle lanes where its full of glass or random rocks etc or else go on the road where motorists will do there best to run you over

Link is a month old, and AH have already done it to death with a thread running to around 600 posts. I would suggest heading over there if you wish to "debate" this topic further...
