I am just wondering does anybody know what way fis works if you change jobs. I have been getting the payment for the last two years. Would I have to end my current payment then re-apply if i got a new job?

If your leaving one job to go to another then your new boss has to complete a whole new form.
If your leaving a job to look for work then your entitlement ceases.

There is nothing in the legislation about changing jobs. As long as you are still working over 19 hours per week, there is no need to notify them

I would be leaving a job and going to another mid way thru my payment year. I just didn't want the hassle of re applying.
